Please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days once the product is received and discovered the fault. The faulty product shall be returned beforehand and a replacement product will be sent, subject to availability. Otherwise, the faulty product will be refunded in full when we have received the defective product. We will compensate for the shipping cost of returning products. In the case of a full refund, we will also compensate for the initial shipping costs. We are not responsible for the payment gateway’s processing fee.
To avoid errors and affect the inventory, the quantity and size of the items cannot be changed once your order is completed. Please confirm the quantity and size of the product before placing an order. Refer to the size chart for measurement. Any request for a product return/size exchange will NOT be entertained.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Milvibe Supply Enterprise will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.
